"By now everybody was huddled together, cold, clammy and miserable, and it was up to The Dangleberries to warm us up on the Summerisle Stage. Nae bother. The more than a dozen musicians crammed onto the stage quickly got us all dancing and jumping to their drum and pipe music. The five pipers and five drummers were supported by an additional four people, including an electric guitar and bass guitar. Just in case we had forgot where we were despite the freezing cold and the pouring rain the majority of the band appeared in kilt. Within no time we were all warm. In between the songs we had to wait quite a while, usually because the smiling chief piper demanded some applause before we could have any more. Well worth it of course. It was like having a ceilidh in a soggy field. Only two songs were accompanied by vocals. The first being Happy Birthday for one of the band members, and the second being a Black Sabbath cover. Let me tell you; you have not heard Paranoid until you have heard it played by a drum and pipe band in front of a few thousand cold and drunken Scots. The Dangleberries should play at all festivals in Scotland."<br><br><br>
