We went to our 2nd audition for "Britains Got Talent" on Monday 28th January at the Armadillo (Clyde Auditorium) in Glasgow!  We had a great day out and the auditions are now being shown on TV starting:

Saturday - 12th April 2008. 

So you'll have to watch ITV 1 (8.00pm to 9.05pm) for the next few weeks to see how we got on...

Dalbeattie Lions Day Gig:

Sunday 4th May

The weather could have been better, however, it didn't stop the good folks of Dalbeattie from turning up to support us!!

We debuted our two new tunes 'Nae Sleep Til Regent Street' and 'A Moose or Two and A Big Caribou' written by Fritz and Mungo respectively.  Once again, our own tunes got a fab reception from the crowd!!!

The Dangleberries -

Galloway "PIPE ROCK"

We play traditional bagpipe music but wi a unique brand o drums and guitar accompaniment. The band also play a number o' sets wi vocals, one o which is oor version o Black Sabbath's 'Paranoid' with pipe music composed by Fritz and another is Queen's 'We Will Rock You' incorporating a tune composed by Alistair, A couple o Highly Trained Professionals.

• Sample Music Clips The first clip is pert of oor first set o jigs and the openin tune is called Mudchute. We've slowed these tunes doon slightly and brought in a lot o guitar stuff to gae the tunes a kind o bouncy feel tae them. Second clip, is a clip of oor version of Paranoid, the piping side of the tune was composed by Fritz and the singin done by Smug. Third clip is a wee part o oor version of Mason's Apron, which is the second in a set o two tune's and its a stoater.
